IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION

36XX PHONES FIRMWARE WARNING

Nokia has a bug on their recorder in the 36XX Series; This bug affects only some phones. We are awaiting notification of which Firmware Versions are affected. Meantime we are creating our own solution; In either case we expect to place 38XX phones on sale shortly.

3650 - Known Issues; Nokia announced that due to a bug on early Firmware for 3650 CallFlash does not run on version 2.5 and below. –This bug appears terminal and owners of this phone version will be unable to run CallFlash when available for the 36XX Series.

Firmware Check

To check the firmware version of your phone simply press the following keys:
